Although some might complain about the bbq not having a carolina vinegar taste, for me the latin fusion and taste of the briskets & Burgers are mind blowing! I love this place been here 3rd time here and its my new favorite place! Between the top shelf tequila, beer and blue music, this place is a must for their world famous smash burgers! Im not paid to review, i paid to eat! I go hungry leave happy! Picture says it all, parking is tough is the hardest part!

I did research and this restaurant popped up as somewhere I should dine when in West Palm Beach and the food did not disappoint. Simple food done right. All the bbq sauces were tasty and added different flavor profiles. The brisket and the ribs were flavorful and tender. The collard greens were smoky and delicious, the Mac n cheese was cheesy n creamy and black beans were tasty. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Portions were generous. I recommend you stop by and treat yourself to something great to eat.

Tropical Smokehouse never disappoints. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The ribs were perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful, and packed with that incredible smoky barbecue flavor they’re known for. The cornbread was phenomenal, and the kale salad was a perfect balance to the richness of the meal. The honey mustard barbecue sauce deserves special recognition; it was unique, delicious, and complemented everything on the table. What truly elevated the experience, however, was our server, Milo. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and was able to answer every question with confidence. Despite managing what seemed like the entire restaurant, he remained attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. It’s rare to find someone who can handle that level of responsibility while still making every guest feel taken care of. Great food is important, but great service is what keeps people coming back. Milo provided both. We’ll definitely be returning.

Ambiance (5/5): Clean, open, dining indoors. You can also see them in the kitchen as they prep your order which was cool. Service (N/A): Everything is ordered on your phone by scanning the QR code on the table. They bring out all the food on a platter. Sauces: I loved all of their sauces! They aren’t too spicy but have a depth of flavor. I especially liked the white sauce mixed with the spicy. Coffee was meh. Maybe we ordered the wrong dishes but the meal was a bit of a letdown. Our neighbor’s brisket looked better than our meal. Pulled Mojo Pork (4/5): The pork felt dry despite being covered in mojo seasoning. I would have preferred plain pulled pork but it still accompanied the sauces well. Single Hamburger (is actually two (2) 3 oz patties) (5/5): I enjoyed this burger due to the sauce and loved the potato roll. We ordered it with bacon which were thick cut slices and that was delish. Mac and Cheese (2/5): Rich but not much flavor. White cheddar cheese rather than yellow cheese. Hush Puppies (4/5): You can skip the corn bread if you’re going for the hush puppies which were heavy due to the fried exterior. You scan the code and order from your phone at the table, and they bring your food to you with a self service condiment bar. We tried the hush puppies, chicken wings, kale salad, brisket, ribs, smash burger, fries, mac n cheese, cornbread and beans. The chicken wings were large and tasty, brisket a bit dry, kale salad good but tiny, ribs meh, mac n cheese not hot and bland, cornbread just dry, beans too smoky and needed a bit of sweetness imo. The fries are pale and soft, a few slightly crispy ones…we asked for crispy well done fries but the always come out the same way, pale soft and somewhat hot. The stars were the hush puppies and burger! The puppies come out crispy and piping hot, drenched in honey butter and the burger is perfection in one bite! Flavorful, with just the right amount of sauce, heat and onions.
